Do I need a sourcing agent to manufacture furniture in Thailand?
No — if you work directly with a manufacturer, you skip the agent entirely. We handle everything a sourcing agent coordinates: vetting, sampling, quality control, and export documentation. You pay factory price with no agent commission on top.
Sourcing agent vs direct factory — which is cheaper?
A direct factory is almost always cheaper. Agents charge 10–20% commission on top of factory price, and coordination adds weeks to lead time. Working with us directly means factory pricing, faster turnaround, and on-site QC — with no middleman between you and production.

Do I need a sourcing agent to work with a Thai furniture factory?+
No. We are the factory. Working with us directly means no agent commission (typically 10–20% on top of factory price), faster communication, and QC handled by the same person you brief. You get everything a sourcing agent would coordinate — without the markup.
Is it safe to order furniture directly from a Thai factory without an agent?+
Yes — especially when the factory owner is your direct contact. Yunmin personally oversees every order: sampling approval, production milestones, QC inspection, and shipping documentation. You deal with one person from brief to delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
As low as 5 units per style for OEM/ODM. We can go lower for sampling runs — contact us with your situation.
Can I see a sample before full production?+
Yes — always. We produce one sample for approval before any production order. You can adjust dimensions, fabric, foam, or leg style at the sample stage.
How long does production take?+
6–10 weeks total: 1–2 weeks sample, 4–6 weeks production, 1 week QC and packing. Rush orders available at some facilities.
Do you put my brand label on the sofas?+
Yes. 100% private label. Your brand tag, your packaging, your labels. Thai Sourcing Agent branding does not appear on the product.
What fabric options are available?+
Linen, velvet, boucle, performance fabric, faux leather, genuine leather. Custom colour matching available. We can source specific fabrics on request.
How does shipping work?+
We handle export packing, documentation, and freight. FOB Bangkok (you arrange forwarding) or CIF to your destination port. Sea freight or air freight depending on urgency.
Can I fully customise dimensions and design?+
Completely. Frame dimensions, arm height, seat depth, back height, leg style — all adjustable. Send a sketch or reference image and we quote from there.
